The Seattle School of Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi Seattle - Seattle School of Tai Chu Chuan

The Tai Chi form is taught in three segments, or thirds:

  • Beginning Form, 1st Third — 12 weekly class, $200
  • Beginning Form, 2nd Third — 10 weekly classes, $200
  • Beginning Form, 3rd Third — 10 weekly classes, $200

The Beginning Form classes present the movements and relaxed flow of the Tai Chi form from one posture to the next. The classes are meant to be taken in sequence. Each class begins with a review of the previous one, then goes on to the new portion.  Many people only learn the Beginning Form, 1st Third, practice it, and benefit greatly.

Scholarships are available for Beginning Form, 1st Third for people under 35. Email us for information at centercfea@mac.com

New Beginning Form, 1st Third Classes usually begin in September, January, and April. If you would like to be notified about new classes, email us to be added to our mailing list.

We aim to make tai chi affordable and accessible to all.  If funds are tight, feel free to contact us to discuss options.
